Before you arrive

The essentials to know before coming into Tee Box for your booking.

What is an indoor virtual golf centre? +
Tee Box provides a controlled indoor environment where golfers can play, practise, and train using advanced simulator technology that recreates real golf course play. At Tee Box, we use Trackman technology.
Where can I park? +
We do not have dedicated parking for guests, but there are P30 to all-day parks around the surrounding streets near Tee Box. You are welcome to drop your clubs off before finding a park during busier times, especially between 12pm and 4pm on weekdays. After 4pm, parking is generally much easier.
When should I arrive for my booking? +
Aim to arrive around 10 minutes before your session starts so you have time to check in and be ready to go as soon as your bay becomes available.
Do you allow walk-ins? +
Yes, we do welcome walk-ins. That said, we strongly recommend booking online first so you can secure your preferred time.
Are spectators allowed? +
Yes. Spectators are welcome to watch for free. Each bay has seating, and there is also a lounge area.

Playing at Tee Box

What the simulator experience is like, who it suits, and what you can play.

How long does it take to play? +
A single player usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour to play a round. A group of four will generally take around 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you have played at Tee Box, you’ll get a feel for what suits your group best.
Can I play with friends or host an event? +
Absolutely. You can play with up to four people in one bay. If you would like exclusive hire for a larger event, please get in touch with at least 10 days’ notice so we can help plan it properly.
Is Tee Box suitable for beginners? +
Yes. Indoor golf is a great way for beginners to learn the game. Tee Box gives you a comfortable environment where you can practise and play without pressure or feeling like you are holding anyone up.
What formats can I play? +
Trackman supports Stableford, stroke play, match play, and skins for single players. For 2 to 4 players, you can also play formats like best ball, Ambrose, and alternate shot.
What games and courses are available? +

Clubs, balls, food & drinks

Yes — we encourage it. Please make sure your clubs are clean before use. If they need a clean, we’ll kindly ask you to sort that before using the simulator. Hire clubs are also available for $5 per set if needed.
What golf balls do you use? +
We provide Titleist Pro V1 RCT balls, which are designed specifically for radar tracking. You will be given three balls for your bay at the start of your session, and these need to be returned to the front desk afterwards. Lost or damaged balls are charged at $10 per ball.
