Official Terms & Conditions

The Bring Ya Mates promotion is a limited-time offer available to Tee Box members only throughout August 2025. It allows members to bring guests for a shared golf session at no cost for an hour, with the goal of creating a social and welcoming environment while rewarding our membership community.

Promo Overview

  • Tee Box members can bring up to three guests per visit for up to 1 hour of free simulator time. No pre-booking required for guests, they just arrive with the member. Guests may only use this promotion once per day.

    1 member present = up to 3 guests allowed

    2 members present = up to 2 guests allowed (combined)

    3 members present = 1 guest allowed (combined)

  • Guests get one hour of free time as long as they come in with a member for a membership booking.

  • The promo is valid every day in August 2025, including weekends and public holidays.

  • The offer is available to members with the following active memberships:

    • Flexi Membership

    • 3, 6 and 12 month Memberships

    • Junior Membership

    • Scholarship Membership

Rules & Guidelines

1. Guest Eligibility & Frequency

  • Guests can be brought in as often as a member books during August – there is no limit to the number of individual guest visits.

2. Group Composition Limits

  • 1 member present = up to 3 guests allowed

  • 2 members present = up to 2 guests allowed (combined)

  • 3 members present = 1 guest allowed (combined)

  • Only 1 hour of free guest time per bay, per visit is permitted, regardless of how many members are in the booking.

3. Booking & Guest Check-In Process

  • No pre-booking required for guests, they just arrive with the member.

  • All guests must check in at the front desk and enter their full name, phone number, and email into our CRM system.

4. Duration & Extra Time

  • The free time is limited to 1 hour per visit.

  • If the bay is available after the original booking, members may extend the session by paying the standard $20 fee per guest. The guest can only use the promotion once per day in August.

5. Gear Hire

  • Club hire is not included in the promo. A standard $5 fee per guest applies for any Tee Box club equipment use.

7. League & Coaching Exclusion

  • The promo is not valid during league nights or coaching sessions.

  • It applies only to standard member bookings.

8. Conduct & Fair Use

  • Tee Box staff reserve the right to deny access to any guest who breaches conduct expectations or misuses the promotion.

9. Amendments & Rights

  • Tee Box reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
